The Wall, located at 1221 N. Ross Lane, Medford, Oregon 97501, is an 80% scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial in Washington, D.C. Stretching approximately 360 feet in length, this is a complete replica of the original memorial—not just a portion—honoring every service member whose name appears on the national monument.
Finding The Wall
The memorial is located on the corner of Ross Lane and Rossanley Drive in Medford, with visitor access from Ross Lane between the Logos Public Charter School buildings. The site is ADA accessible, providing convenient access for all visitors.
Locating a Name
As you enter the memorial walkway, you will find a QR code that can help you locate a specific name and corresponding panel number.
The memorial consists of two sections:
- East Wall
- West Wall
Names are organized in columns and arranged by date of casualty, just as they are on the original Vietnam Veterans Memorial. At the bottom of each panel, you will find the date range represented on that section of the wall.
To help visitors locate names:
- Panel numbers are displayed at the bottom of each panel.
- Names are listed vertically in columns.
- Small dots appear alongside the names.
- Each dot represents 10 rows, making it easier to count down to a specific name location.
Creating a Name Rubbing
Many visitors choose to create a keepsake by making a rubbing of a loved one’s name. If you plan to do so, please bring:
- A sheet of paper
- A pencil or crayon

Simply place the paper over the engraved name and gently rub across the surface to create a lasting remembrance.
A Place of Reflection
The Wall serves as a place of remembrance, reflection, and gratitude for the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice during the Vietnam War. Visitors are encouraged to take their time, reflect on the names inscribed, and honor the service and sacrifice of those memorialized here.
