If conditions or circumstances have changed and effect your purchase of a brick or donation, please contact us for a full verification refund to you based on the conditions listed below.
Once we receive your request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org for refund, facts will be verified through our records, merchant account and bank records.
- If your request for refund is from the use of a check, that check must first clear the processing through our financial institution.
- If you used ecommerce merchant account, funds must be deposited in SOVB account from merchant account before refund is considered and processed.
- Refund will be in the form of SOVB organizational checks and in the name as person that completed the transaction.
- If the request for refund is from the purchase of a brick, a full refund will be given providing no cost has been received from the brick processing company. If there has been a cost established, that amount charged shall be subtracted from full amount received and the difference shall constitute the refund amount.
